Stats:
• Mentored students skipped school half as many days as the control
group.
• Mentored young people are 46% less likely to try drugs; mentored
minority youth are 70% less likely to dry drugs than the control group.
• Of youth in the juvenile justice system, 38% of mentored youth
re-offended, while 64% of non-mentored youth re-offended.
