The Cuyahoga Valley Chamber of Commerce
started the New Year off by talking “Tribe” at its Annual
Luncheon Meeting on January 31 at the Holiday Inn. Guests
escaped the chill of winter by talking Cleveland Indians
baseball and got a sneak peak into what the organization has
in store for 2008. Special thanks to Dave Murray, Director
of Fan Services, for the Cleveland Indians for being our
guest speaker. Also, special thanks to Inner Circle
Advisors for sponsoring the event.

The following Tuesday, the Chamber held its networking
breakfast at Independence High School and Field House. With
a record number of guests, Wendy Kinsey, president of Junior
Achievement of Cleveland spoke on the value of mentoring. A
tour of the facility followed. Special thanks to Mayor
Kurtz and Superintendent Mr. Laurenzi for hosting the event.
