Speaker: Frank Koller, Author of Spark: How Old Fashioned Values Drive a Twenty First Century Corporation

In these tough economic times we're all looking for a glimmer of hope, inspiration and hard core advice on how we can motivate our employees, ourselves, our stockholders and shareholders.  Imagine a company that has been in existence 113 years and that has paid its employees annual bonuses that have exceeded 60% of an employees basic earnings and that's avoided layoffs.  Lincoln Electric has amazing  history, vision and business model.  These are all outlined in a new book entitled Spark:  How Old-Fashioned Values Drive a Twenty  First Century Corporation:  Lessons from Lincoln Electric's Unique Guaranteed Employment Program by Frank Koller.

Koller is a seasoned journalist and Spark has already received rave reviews from Harvard Business School, MIT and
The Plain Dealer.  A book signing will follow the talk.
